The first house that has the power to change the world
The “aktivhaus” developed by renowned architect Prof. Dr. Werner Sobek is aligned with the Triple Zero® principle. This is the principle behind a sustainable building that first of all only uses as much energy from renewable resources as it generates on average over the year. Second, it does not produce any toxic emissions and third, it can be reintroduced 100 % into the material life cycle. These three aspects make “aktivhaus” a revolutionary step toward energy Transformation and toward preventing greenhouse gases. Every “aktivhaus” comprises individual modules that come prefabricated with all components such as windows, doors and technical components and full interior fit out. The modules are brought to the building site by lorry and set up there. Once preliminary work on the plot, such as laying the foundation and utility lines, is complete, the “aktivhaus” is ready to occupy after only two days of assembly. The attractive base version can be expanded according to a modular principle. A wide choice of different materials and finishes is available for interior design. This kind of construction affords other major advantages besides ecological aspects, an incredibly short construction time and enhanced cost security: it offers the option of dismantling and relocating the entire building. In the AH Aktiv-Haus GmbH, Ganter assumes responsibility for project management, construction, production, final assembly and interior fit out.
