With the second construction phase SERVICE LIVING, the ‘Sonnenhöhe‘ ensemble is to be extended. Four attractive residential buildings in ecological timber construction with 14-16 high-quality equipped and barrier-free 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments will be created. All appartments are directly connected to the subterranean garage by lift, have terraces or balconies and offer a fascinating view of the famous Black Forest heights or the picturesque centre of the climatic health resort Breitnau. The sophisticated architecture promotes a rich coexistence, while a wide range of services and care are available on request.

The Living at ‘Sonnenhöhe‘ combines the desire to live independently and self-determinedly in one’s own appartment with the security of getting help whenever you want or need it. In this context, all appartments have a light call system that can be connected to the nursing staff if required. A modern doctor’s surgery and medication dispensary in the neighbouring building of the assisted living facility, as well as the barrier-free design of the entire facility, additionally facilitate the daily tasks of life.
