Handling the Betty Barclay roll-out throughout Europe
An integral part of the new Betty Barclay shop design is an ingenious wall cladding, which not only looks fantastic, but also served the presentation of goods. The light oak wood slats in the wall panelling are combined with threaded rods and sleeves, whereby elements unfold on five different heights. The slats then projecting into the room can either be used directly for bearing goods or turned into a shelving unit by means of a powder-coated steel shelf surface. With this modular system, it is therefore possible to react swiftly and flexibly to incoming and outgoing goods and to redesign the retail space.
In addition to the production and assembly of this novel wall furniture, Ganter is also taking over the logistics of the Betty Barclay roll-out in the next two years. Thus, the furniture for over 100 shops, which are to open mainly in Germany, but also in Austria and the Netherlands, are in planning and production. We are also providing for the storage and precise delivery of customers’ own materials and decorative elements such as busts or sales aids and we will be supporting Betty Barclay in the entire project management.
