Drubba Moments
Cuckoo clocks and grandfather clocks all made in Germany, an extensive collection of jewellery, accessories and leatherwear – in a store with 450 m² of sales floor, those visiting the renowned family business Drubba can enjoy a luxury shopping experience right on the shores of Lake Titisee. Ganter was up to the challenge of undertaking the interior fit out of the store and realising an overall concept for the spacious sales floor that was created by Ippolito Fleitz Group. The room was to become a stylish platform for the individual presentation of various brands. To make this happen, the sales floor was divided into two sections: an outer ring, where interested passers-by can get an impression of which brands the store offers, and a quiet centre with a service area for in-depth and discrete customer support. The room’s layout and lighting concept creates islands where brands can be displayed individually without clashing with one another or disrupting the harmonious atmosphere. Furthermore, the modestly elegant floor made of hexagona porcelain stoneware tiles provides an ideal base for these high-end brands. Its surface is reminiscent of natural stone, giving the store a more regional character. The ceiling adds to this character as well. Consisting of around 4,400 spruce sticks – some of them illuminated by LEDs – it is a unique eye-catcher that merges typical Black Forest material with exquisite design for an international audience.
