On Sendlinger Straße in the heart of downtown Munich, an existing retail space of approximately 530 m² was transformed into a new Sephora store.

In just 10 weeks, a retail space was created that precisely translates the international store concept into the existing structure. Ganter was responsible for the entire project, from the technical adaptation of the HVAC systems and electrical installations to the complete execution of all finishing work.

It is precisely in an inner-city setting that what really matters becomes apparent: tight timeframes, complex existing conditions, and numerous interfaces that must mesh seamlessly. What is crucial then is not only planning, but the collaboration of a well-coordinated team that takes responsibility at every stage.

The result is a store that not only impresses with its design but, above all, functions perfectly in every detail—technically precise in its execution and consistently tailored to the client’s requirements.
