At Ganter in Waldkirch, another apprenticeship year has successfully completed its final exams: Jessica Lehrer passed her exams as an industrial clerk, Emma Gray as an industrial clerk with the addition of European business management, Loreta Rexhepi as a draughtswoman specialising in architecture at the Tauberbischofsheim site, Georg Ringwald and Dennis Holzer as technical product designers. They will then be taken on by Ganter in a permanent employment relationship or aim for new fields of activity. We congratulate all trainees on completing their apprenticeships and would like to thank them for their great commitment over the past years. We wish them all the best and much success for the future!
Trainees at Ganter are involved in a wide variety of activities and demonstrate great commitment and creativity far beyond the scope of day-to-day business, e.g. in independently carried out trainee projects such as participation in the VGB Youth Prevention Award, which is given for innovative projects on the topics of health protection and work safety. Our trainees won the first price of 10,000 euros for the construction site boxes they developed and built themselves, which of course have since ensured greater safety on all Ganter construction sites. Ganter’s apprenticeship rate of 7.9% continues to be above the national average.
