At Ganter in Waldkirch a special apprenticeship year has just completed its final examinations. The examinations originally scheduled in May had to be postponed until the end of June due to the pandemic - but this meant that they could be completed properly before the summer holidays. Annalena Emler and Julia Schätzle passed their exams as industrial clerks, Jens Duscha, Jan Weber, Daniel Mack and Urs Eble as technical product designers. All six of them passed their exams with very good to good grades. Annalena Emler and Julia Schätzle will be taken on by Ganter in a permanent employment relationship, all others will subsequently pursue studies or new fields of activity. Trainees at Ganter are involved in a wide variety of activities and demonstrate great commitment and creativity far beyond the scope of day-to-day business, e.g. in the organisation of company events or in independently implemented trainee projects. At 6.3%, Ganter's training rate is still above the national average.
