Apprentice project: Internship management

For several years now, two of our trainees have been in charge of internship management at the Ganter Group as part of a trainee project. Their tasks range from viewing incoming applications and conducting job interviews to communicating acceptances and rejections and providing individual support and coordination for the interns during their internship.

This year, Nadine from the second year of training as an industrial clerk and Eric from the first year of training as a technical product designer are dedicated to this task.

'It's particularly pleasing when young women show an interest in the profession and training as a technical product designer with us,' says Nadine, our budding industrial clerk.

Recently, Elena and Jule each visited us for a one-week student internship at the company's headquarters at the power plant in Waldkirch. This was their opportunity to experience the Ganter spirit first-hand in the project teams. They gained an insight into the day-to-day work of a technical and commercial project manager and a design engineer.

The most exciting thing for our interns is the active participation in projects and the chance to talk to the contact persons on site in order to get a lot of information about the job profile and the training programme. Thank you very much for your visit and see you soon, Elena and Jule!
