After three varied, exciting and thrilling years, we are delighted that our former apprentices Lena Leimer and Michelle Mellert will continue to accompany us as trained industrial clerks in different teams of the Ganter Group. What pleases us and, of course, especially those responsible for the apprenticeships: The two young women have completed their apprenticeships very well! Due to her outstanding performance, Michelle will be honoured by the IHK Südlicher Oberrhein (Chamber of Industry and Commerce Southern Upper Rhine) as best in her year as part of the annual award ceremony 'IHK graduation ceremony of education and training 2023' on 27 October 2023 at the Europa-Park in Rust.
Managing director Peter Pendt (CFO) and Jan Hendrik Vlijt (COO) as well as Head of HR Regina Nickel and Apprenticeship Manager Vanessa Rieder offer their heartfelt congratulations and wish them both much success and, above all, much joy in their project teams.
Lena and Michelle gained deeper insights into the tasks of an industrial clerk during the stays of several months in the various project units, which gave them the opportunity to build up and intensify commercial know-how, as well as to apply it actively and to ongoing, international interior fit-out projects.
Ganter Interior has been a training company for many years and aims to take on its apprentices after they have completed their apprenticeships. We are therefore all the more pleased that Lena and Michelle have already signed their employment contracts as Commercial Project Operators (CPOs) before their final exams.
