Extravagant, unique and high-quality – in Frankfurt am Main Ganter completed a top-class penthouse with the Kern Design architects. The 5th floor exudes classic elegance over 250 m2 and demonstrates a perfect use of space. The primary focus was to make ideal use of the floor plan to serve the needs of customers. Built-in systems and ceiling design with generous lighting helped to achieve this. One highlight was the development and design of complex wall elements that reveal a hidden television screen at the push of a button. Changes went beyond altering the Arrangement of the dressing room, bedroom and master bath; an open area was separated from a totally private one. The entire residence is equipped with a KNX bus system so that all technical equipment – such as blinds, lighting, heat, media and a watering system for the terrace – can be operated conveniently and efficiently with a tablet PC. Twenty years of experience have helped Ganter respond appropriately to every request and high expectation without losing sight of project management.
